We learnt the art of gelato making in Italy, the birthplace of gelato, to bring the taste of authentic, 100% natural gelato to Singapore!
We take great care in every step of the gelato-making process, from original recipe ideation to sourcing high quality raw ingredients. We do not use any pre-made mixes, artificial flavourings or preservatives.
To serve our gelato in its best condition, we keep them at an optimum temperature in lidded steel cans called pozzetti, and serve them with flat spatulas the traditional way.
